We take your privacy very seriously and so should you. The Paivepo privacy policy provides information on what we are doing with your personal information and how we are keeping it secure
Personal Information
We use your personal information to recommend and advertise products and services that are best suited to your business needs. We also use this information for business, regulatory and legal purposes such as dealing with any requests you may make or announcing changes to our information policies
We use information to improve your experience. We sometimes share you information with other organisations in the following scenarios:
When you have asked us or given us permission to do so
When we use other companies to power our services
If we have to provide information to regulatory or government bodies by law
We also share information across differents parts of the parent company, Bhururu pvt ltd. When we share data, we always ensure that it is done in a sure way
If you have a Paivepo account we might use information we hold about you to tailor your corporate social media image as per your subscription service tier. If you choose to cancel your subscription we automatically seize sharing further information with the relevant social media sites. We however do not remove information that was provided to social media sites during the duration of your subscription unless there are specific legal circumstances which require us to do so
When you provide us with personal information, the duration of such information is guided by the following principles:
- We hold information for as long as we conduct the activities that the user is informed about in the privacy policy
- we consider what type of information it is, the amount collected, how sensitive it is and any legal requirements
when you close your account, your specific personal and corporate information is removed however data that may related to overall user statistics is retained
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
When you have lost someone and would like us to close their accounts, you may make request in writing via an email to alice@paivepo.digital. The email should include details of the deceased person namely their name and email address as well as an attached scanned copy of the death certificate.

We will always explain clearly what data we are collecting about you and why we collect such data. We collect data to give users a better experience, improve our services and fulfil our responsibility as a public service. We are committed to keeping your data safe and secure and promise to only use it for the commercial purposes that you have agreed to.
We collect data firstly through the information you provide on our platform forms or through interactions with our staff via email, mobile or other communication platforms. Secondly we collect some information automatically via the browser or application the you use with to interact with our platforms. Such information may include location or ip adresses and pages that the user visits on our platforms.
Generally, only you and assigned paivepo staff can see how you have been using our services unless you request a third party service. Sensitive private and corporate information is only viewed by you unless explicit access has been granted
Any Paivepo platforms that you interact with can access certain types of data on your device. This data gets collected automatically and includes:
- The types of device you are using
- A unique identifier in the form of IP address or device ID
- Information about how our platform is being used
In generally our platforms ask for user permission to collect data and all the information collected is clearly laid out in an easy to understand format
